How do I know the products you carry are 100% pure, natural, and free of chemicals and pesticides? In order for our natural products to have a therapeutic effect, we believe they must be pure plant extracts. The best way to assure the purity of each batch of our natural products is tested with Gas Chromatography (GC). At Tangreens, every batch we shipped is tested with GC. All of the natural products we sell are free of chemicals, herbicides, and pesticides. This supports the health and vitality of the soil, the plant, and therefore the the natural products itself.
What are your prices based on? The pricing of natural products are based on the purity and how easily they are extracted from the plants.
You don't offer the products I'm looking for, what should I do? Please contact us with any special requests. We are also happy to personally recommend excellent, reputable resources for any other natural products.
When will my order be processed? Most orders will be processed and mailed within 24-72 hours after placing your order. Large orders will take longer to process. Processing your order does not include shipping time.
What if I want to change/cancel my order after it has been place? Our orders are processed quickly. Cancellations must be within 2 hours following order completion. Once the natural products have been mailed we will require full payment.
What are your shipping charges based on? Our shipping charges are based on the weight of your order, and where it is being shipped. We use the United States Postal Service Priority Mail for domestic and DHL/FedEx/ UPS for international shipping.
Do you ship internationally? We ship internationally using the DHL/FedEx/ UPS. International shipping charges are based on the weight of your order, and where it is being shipped. If you require international tracking, please select Express Mail International.
How are your natural products packaged? We strive to use recyled packing material whenever possible. Small bubble bags are used for the essential oils. In a wholesale order, the essential oils might be packaged in a protected box instead of the small bubble bags.Natural borneol is packaged in safe drum.

What is your return policy?

Here at Tangreens, finding and selling the highest quality natural products is our mission and passion. We want our customers to love our products as much as we do. If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt for prompt replacement, exchange, or credit.


In order to ensure the quality of our products we adhere to strict shelf life and temperature storing guidelines. As such we kindly request that you contact us as soon as possible within these 30 days to arrange a replacement, exchange, or credit.


Please note that customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs on replacements or exchanges.

You can utilize one of three methods of payment when ordering:

√ Net monthly account (with approved credit)
√ PIA-Payment in advance: Proforma invoice will be sent to you via email with information on how to make payment
